Belgium: Brussels, Bruge and Antwerp

Right after our presentation at the London School of Economics, we departed Waterloo Station via the Eurostar.

Unfortunately, we weren't able to get the really fast train that was just being finished when we were traveling, but I guess I can manage the one-hour time difference. :)

When we arrived, I couldn't resist going to the nearest waffle shop even though I really should have been settling in for the night. I quickly found my favorite kind -- a liege waffle with strawberries, chocolate syrup and whipped cream. It's not exactly healthy but it certainly was delicious!!

The next morning we got on a bus and traveled to the NATO headquarters.

Hello World Traveler,
This blasted site just failed to send my earlier msg. Grandma had me checking your blog to see where you were at since she continually confuses the names of places and countries. She is proud of you. Keep your blog up to date and I will keep Grandma up to date. Take Care! Uncle Allen
