A Bucknell delegation of 20 students and five faculty and staff traveled to Nueva Vida, Nicaragua, Jan. 7-16 to help at a health clinic in a resettlement community of 15,000 people who lost their homes and livelihoods to Hurricane Mitch in 1998. Several members of the Bucknell Brigade filed dispatches to share their work and experiences during the brigade's ninth year of service learning in Nicaragua.
