At the end of the conference, we will be hosting a Technology Showcase and Poster Exhibit. The Technology Showcase is designed to give attendees an opportunity to demonstrate various technology tools or programs that they have developed or even simple tricks they use to help support digital collection building or metadata production. We envision having presenters set up at small tables with their own laptops to demonstrate tools.
The last day to reserve a hotel room and receive the conference rate is June 16th. Please note that it is not possible to reserve a room online and receive the conference rate; the reservation must be placed over the phone with Country Cupboard Best Western.

Don't miss out--registration for the conference will close on July 1st! You can register here: http://www.bucknell.edu/x42750.xml
The cost to register is $50; $35 for graduate students.
Also, spaces still remain for the Technology Showcase, which will close out the conference. Anyone interested in presenting on a technology tool or digital collection will have the opportunity to share these features in a less formal setting--much like a poster presentation. To find out more information and to sign up, please click here.
If you are interested in serving as a moderator for a session or a special-interest group during lunch, please sign up by filling out this form:
http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?key=pFZIDo1d0_Vahok1NESUaRA&email=true
A confirmation email will be sent to you with your assignment(s).
Thank you.
We are looking for a few more panelists for a session to discuss using open source software. If you are interested in participating, please contact Abby Clobridge immediately at aclobrid@bucknell.edu. We are looking for a few people from different types of institutions to spend a few minutes talking about their experiences and then we'll spend most of the rest of the session in a discussion or answering questions from audience members.
We are still looking for moderators for presentations and facilitators for special-interest group lunch discussions. Please consider volunteering for either of these roles.
