Tentative Schedule for the Conference

The following is a provisional schedule for the day of the conference. Please note that a list of sessions will be posted next week, with a full program to follow.

 Evening of Tuesday, July 8 -- We will be having an informal get-together. Attendees who arrive the evening before as well as local participants will have an opportunity to talk to colleagues from other institutions. Details about the event will be announced in June based on the number of anticipated attendees. Individuals will be responsible for their own tabs. Interested individuals may indicate their interest during registration, which is available here:

      8:00 - 8:30 - Registration, Breakfast
      8:30 - 8:50 - Opening/Welcome

      9:00 - 10:00 - Session 1
      10:15 - 11:15 - Session 2
      11:30 - 12:30 - Session 3

      12:30 - 2:00 - Lunch, Special Interest Group Discussions, Exhibits

      2:00 - 3:00 - Session 4
      3:15 - 4:15 - Session 5

      4:30 - 6:00 - Poster sessions and Technology Showcase
